Terms of Service

The service

The Bin Doctor (ABN 39 521 991 416) provides mobile wheelie bin cleaning across Geelong to Werribee, Victoria. We clean, sterilise and deodorise household wheelie bins at the kerb using our purpose-built truck.

Bookings and access

• Your bins need to be accessible at the kerb (or the agreed spot) on the day of your clean. We schedule cleans for the day after your council collection so they're empty.
• If a bin isn't empty when we arrive, we'll transfer the contents into a spare bin we carry, clean yours, and return the contents — so you still get the full service. If a bin isn't out or can't be safely accessed, we'll contact you to reschedule.
• An online booking is a request until we confirm it with you by phone, text or email.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are as listed on this website or as quoted to you. Prices on the booking page are estimates until we confirm your booking.
• Payment is due after the clean is done, unless we've agreed otherwise. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Cancellations and weather

• Need to cancel or move a booking? No problem — just let us know, ideally the day before.
• Severe weather can sometimes force us to reschedule. If that happens we'll contact you with a new time as soon as we can.

Our responsibility

• We take care with every bin, but we aren't responsible for damage or wear that existed before we cleaned it. Wheelie bins remain the property of your local council or of you, as applicable.
• Nothing in these terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded, including that they'll be provided with due care and skill.
